Classification Of Rubber Seal Ring

There are all kinds of rubber seal rings in rubber seal factory. According to the ssutting shape, it can be divided as follows:

O seal ring series (DSH seal series)
It has many kinds of products, such as fluorine rubber, butadiene rubber, silica gel and so on. It is widely used in all kinds of machinery.

It is resistant to all kinds of petroleum base oils and various chemical media: it can meet the temperature range of -60 C -+300 centigrade without glue.
The pressure range: <10MPa (hydraulic), <1MPa (pneumatic), <16MPa (static seal) Ding Qingjiao and gasoline resistant (90, 93, 97) expansion rate is 0.
Type Y seal ring (Y axis Yxd-dsw, axle hole dual purpose PTU, buffer ring HBTS) for standard shaft of mechanical part.

V type seal ring (V type combination DVR, end face water seal DVA, end face water seal DVS)
It is an axial elastic rubber seal ring, which is used as a non pressure seal for the shaft.
The seal lip has good activity and adaptability, can compensate for larger tolerance and angle deviation, prevent the leakage of oil or oil from inside, and prevent the invasion of water or dust from outside.

YX type seal ring for hole (Y ring Yxd-dsw, axle hole dual purpose PTU, buffer ring HBTS) for standard shaft of mechanical part
A brief description of product uses: for reciprocating hydraulic cylinder seal.
Scope of application: TPU: general hydraulic cylinder and general equipment hydraulic cylinder.
CPU: hydraulic cylinders for construction machinery and high temperature and high pressure cylinders.
Material: polyurethane TPU, CPU, rubber product hardness: HS85 + 2 A Working temperature: TPU:-40 to +80 C CPU:-40 to +120 C Working pressure: less than 32Mpa Working medium: hydraulic oil, emulsion

YX type hole retaining ring (Y ring Yxd-dsw for mechanical part standard shaft, PTU for shaft and axle, HBTS for buffer ring)
Simple description of product use: this standard is suitable for protecting the sealing ring when the working pressure of the cylinder is more than 16MPa and is used with the YX seal ring, or when the cylinder is eccentric.

Working temperature: -40 to +100 C  Working medium: hydraulic oil, emulsion, aquatic product hardness: HS92 + 5A  Material: PTFE.
